Flight Training

Flying Service at Tri-Cities provides flight instruction and ground school classes that teach proper flying procedures, rules, regulations and theory. Flying Service at Tri-Cities offers a friendly, knowledgeable staff of FAA-certified flight instructors and advanced ground instructors to guide you safely and professionally through your training.

The basic requirements to become a pilot: you have to be at least 16 years of age, in good health, and can speak, write and understand English. You also need to pass a medical exam. The Transportation Security Administration has also instituted certain checks on citizenship; all students are required to have a birth certificate and/or passport on file with us affirming they are born or naturalized citizens of the United States.

Flying Service at Tri-Cities is located at Tri-Cities Airport, just north of the passenger terminal inside the large metal hangar.
