Tri-Cities Regional Airport offers many of the amenities found in larger airports with the charm of a smaller airport.

  • Hours: Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m-5 p.m.
  • Translators: In the event of an emergency, Airport Services personnel maintain a list of translators able to assist travelers who do not speak English. Also,  translation services are available for hire from Language Resources, 423-288-4524. Lingua Plus can be reached at 423-737-0922.
• Tailwind Restaurant and Lounge in main terminal.  Hours: Sunday through Friday 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Saturday 5:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.  Tailwind Express on lower concourse level.  Hours: 5:00 a.m until last flight departs. 
• Tailwind Gift Shop in main terminal building.  Hours: Sunday through Friday from 6am - 7pm. Saturday from 6am - 6pm. 
• Rental car counters on way to baggage claim
• Limo/taxi service on-site
• First Tennessee Bank ATM accepting Moneybelt, Star, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus, Guest, Discover, Novus, Pulse, Plus and Visa systems.

• A Business Center is located on the main level in the concourse (past the security checkpoint). The plush center provides computer hook-ups and a quiet place to work. Private work stations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and a larger, meeting-type table is available in the center as well.
• The concourse features seven gates, each with its own hold areas with televisions.
