TCRA Executive Director Patrick Wilson directs the administrative staff and oversees the operations, marketing, finance, human resources and air cargo and trade development departments. He is responsible for overall management of the Airport and coordinating with the Airport Commission to implement policies.

Bill Anderson, director of finance, oversees all accounting functions including the Airport budget, payroll, routine reporting, accounts payable and receivable, audits and capital projects.

Mark Canty manages the air cargo and trade development department and is responsible for the development and marketing of air cargo facilities for TCRA and the administration of Foreign-Trade Zone #204.
