Getting to the "Windy City" will soon be a lot easier for Tri-Cities passengers.  American Eagle Airlines will begin regional jet service July 2 between TRI and Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) with two flights a day.  The airline will operate the service with 44-seat Embraer regional jets.
 
Flights will depart TRI at 6:10 a.m. and 4:05 p.m. and arrive in Chicago at 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Flights will depart Chicago at 12:50 p.m. and 8:25 p.m. and arrive in Tri-Cities at 3:40 p.m. and 11:15 p.m. Chicago O'Hare is one of American Airlines's premier international gateways and provides convenient connections to American's extensive domestic network.   

To kick off the new nonstop flights, American Airlines is offering double miles!  AADVANTAGE members have the opportunity to earn double miles for nonstop travel on American Eagle flights between TRI and ORD for travel from July 2 through September 30, 2010.  
 
To qualify for the bonus miles, AAdvantage members must register before flying at
www.aa.com/offers using promotion code CHIAA.  Passengers who have already registered for the CHIAA promotion in conjunction with other new routes out of Chicago do not need to register again.  Bonus miles will be posted immediately, based upon qualification.
